A native of Hampton Roads, Mr. Frank Driscoll, Jr.  was born in Portsmouth, Virginia in 1967 and was raised in Chesapeake, Virginia.  Mr. Driscoll received his Bachelors from George Mason University in 1997 and received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 2000.  He has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2000.  He has been admitted to United States District for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States District for the Western District of Virginia. Prior to opening his own firm he worked with Bowman, Green, Hampton & Kelly, PLLC as an Associate.

Mr. Driscoll is married with three children.  His hobbies and interests include basketball, fishing and coaching.
